Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time, your appointment may be considered a cancellation and subject to the same fees listed above.
